Services are available to eligible carriers who meet applicable operating authority (MC/DOT) and insurance requirements.

03 Eligibility

To use our dispatch services, you must hold valid operating authority, applicable insurance coverage, and comply with all federal and state trucking regulations. Flux Freight LLC reserves the right to decline service to any carrier that does not meet these requirements.

04 SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to SMS communications from Flux Freight LLC, you agree to the following:

• Program description: You will receive text messages related to load offers, dispatch notifications, and account updates from Flux Freight LLC.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on dispatch activity and account status.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP. You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. To resume, text START.
• Help: Reply HELP at any time, or contact us at info@fluxfreightllc.com or (877) 771-4003.
• Carriers: Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

05 User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current information when submitting forms or applications, including MC/DOT number, contact details, and equipment type. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide and for updating it as needed.

06 Limitation of Liability

Flux Freight LLC provides dispatch coordination services and does not guarantee load availability, rates, or delivery outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flux Freight LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Flux Freight LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
